Sanctuary: it is set up to primarily conserve threatened wildlife taxon- one particular species. In practice, national parks and sanctuaries are almost treated equally. There three sanctuaries. Kini Muktar (in west Hararge) was previously proposed as sanctuary, yet has not received proper recognition and management opportunity.
